Question about abs
Okay here's my situation, I'd appreciate any input.
Lately my stomach has gotten pretty flabby. Now I'm not an overweight guy, the rest of me is still pretty skinny, and I'm only 21, so my metabolism still goes on happily. So basically I'm pretty sure this flab isn't do to fat neccesarily so much as me just being a lazy bastard and letting all the ab muscles atrophy into blobby sadness.
I figured doing basic abdominal excersizes would help solve the problem. I'm not trying to get my stomach to look like it was carved out of stone... I'm just trying to flatten it back out a bit. I know I have to do a combo of upper and lower ab work outs, as well as some side ones. My question to anyone who knows is, how many sets of each should I do?
Should I, for example, do 50 lower ab crunchies, then 50 upper abs, then 50 side (forgot the name in English), and repeat? Or how many is good for a set, and how many sets? Thanks in advance for any advice on this. I'm just looking for something I can do in the comfort of my own home... Like I said, I don't want to be Mr. Universe or anything.
