Cheapest place to get a capture card?
Where's the cheapest place to buy a capture card? My father-in-law wants to get us one for my wife's birthday, but I don't want him spending hundreds for one... It doesn't need to be the highest quality...the cheapest one will do, I'm no a/v pro.
