I've always enjoyed the area (i have no idea what it is called) on athletic girls where the hip/upper thigh meets the torso.
ALthough I think my favorite are the eyes. The amount of communication is incredible - they can tell you that the girl doesn't give a shit or that she wants to fuck you right then and there. Obviously it is a lot sexier when she chooses the latter.
