Well, if you just want to keep them in MP3 format any old burning software will work fine. I use Nero 6.0 myself, but if you are using windows XP is has built in burning software that works pretty good.
On the other hand, if you want to play them in a CD player, you'll need to convert it to an audio CD. Nero, Roxio and various other programs all do this very well. I don't know of any free burning software that works as well, but if you have a burner then it should have come with some software.
