Jesus... the frenulum... farking hate that thing... it always get's really sore for me when I perform oral sex... I just changed my routine... I use my hands as much as possible, the tounge is just for the softer external fondling... the real work and pressure I do with my hands...
(Heh... I am a guy ;-) but the problem exists for both sexes)
