Most everything has been covered...multiple alarm clocks, and spread out away from the bead. But one thing you might check on is a REALLY loud alarm clock.
If you have any large T-Stores (truck stores) nearby, as opposed to C-Stores (convenience stores,) you can probably find some earth-shatteringly loud ones. Truckers like to buy them.
