One of my friends uses kleenex. I think what he did was put the kleenex in his cupped hand to catch it, then wiped off whatever else.
The only weird part about him is that he wouldn't throw them away. He kept piling them on a dresser top near his computer. Finally, when he moved out, he had created a mountain of smelly kleenex.
