i think i stoved it anyways, stupid girl...no i didnt hit her, i ended up punching a very hard inanimate object as hard as i could, because of her(long story, im young stupid and have a temper, etc etc)
. basically, how long till it heals?, i can still bend my fingers, and wrist, only hurts when i put direct pressure on it, close my fist, or bend my wrist, also, pulling my fingers back hurts a lot. its red on the knuckles, and a bit on my wrist, and its getting puffy. i've been holding ice on it. Any advice on what to do? about my hand that is. TIA for any advice!
