If you are gonna wear low riders, wear low cut thongs. As for tattoos, my only problem is with getting # 6241 from off the wall like 600 other people did.
I just had this discussion with my 14 year old cousin who wants a tat after she gets her pierceing. I made her promise to not get one at a tat party and to think up something meaningfull to her and doodle out some ideas so that she and the artist can work on an original design. Since I only have to take off my shirt to show her the difference between good and bad work I think it may have sunk in
