Why do we need to blame anyone?? This is just plain stupid. Why can't they just say, "Apparently there was a failure that wasn't caught. It started in Ohio." And then just simply nuke Ohio. Most of the industry that was there has been moved overseas anyway. Besides Kentucky has been looking for beachfront property on the Great Lakes for a long time.
