I had a cute neighbor girl who was about 16 (I was 12) and had an incredibly nice body. She was very much a tom boy into all sorts of sports thus very fit.
we used to hang out a lot and had a lot of fun together (she took pitty on me since my brother and her brother excluded me from their activities). I certainly didn't mind the attention
one day, as I was leaving her house, she leaned down and whispered into my ear "look out your bedroom window at 7pm" and gave me this big grin.
at 7pm I go to my window and look over at her place. She's taking a shower with her window and shower curtain completely open.
