Well, I just went in for my regular check up and it turns out that I'm cavity free. Yippie! When I did have a cavity about a year or two ago, it came as a total surprise since I make the most effort to keep my teeth clean.
Ok, sometimes I get too tired and fall alseep without brushing beforehand, but I do it as soon as I get out of bed, so I don't know how I ended up with a cavity last time.
