I have tons of fillings - grew up with non-fluoridated well water - and several baby teeth still hanging in there. Two of these baby teeth - molars - have developed cavities UNDER the fillings. There's no way to deal with them that won't just demolish the teeth, so my only options right now are implants, which aren't covered by insurance, or bridges, which mean having the teeth on either side ground down for supporting crowns. Blech. Either way, sounds like a lot of pain and a lot of money. Maybe I'll just let them fall out and deal with them then.
