Hi dragonhawk, I posted a while earlier about the Air Alert program. It's a 12 week long program that requires a lot of dedication. Around 15-40+ minutes a day, 5 days a week for 12 weeks. I increased a significant amount after 8 weeks, but had to quit then because of a bad back. I haven't been able to do anything vigorous in a while because of my lower back.
Anyhow, you've probably heard of Air Alert before, let me know if you don't have it but want the whole program.
