I like it - tastes good and such. Although I'm not a slave to any breakfast cereal (besides Count Chocula). I was in NH last week (from Canada) and my girlfriends friend asked that we bring back as much Total that we can get for $30 US. So we headed back with 10 boxes of the stuff. She's a slave for breakfast cereal.
