It would not be pleasant, but with 5 billion I could do a lot of good. I realize that is a cliche, but I am the kind of person who gives from the little he has. If I had more, I could give more, I reckon.
The only concern of mine is what would happen to me if I had that much money. Certainly would lose interest in working, and possibly education... A lot of things could go wrong.
