BTW, she has an economics degree from Cambridge. I know that Arnold has one (I can't remember if it's a Master's or not) from Madison but it was via telecourse.

Wisconsin is like number one, two, or three (can't remember the exact placement) in my field (Sociology and Criminology) so I respect their program very much (but reserve my love for the U.C. system!); however, I can't speak for their econ program and telecourses are not as intensive as regular coursework (just to provide some perspective on both sets of credentials).
