Personally I would prefer not being alone with the other girl my first time. I've done this numerous times before and it was/is easier to enjoy with a man/men around to play too. It's gets you past the same gender thing that you've been programmed to think is wierd. It's more fun with a guy around because you can show off for him/them - I enjoy that part almost as much as being with the woman. I wouldn't say it's necessary to give the girls a chance alone. I would suggest that you make sure you let the girls lead and tell them they are in the lead. It will make them just a little more confident about doing things new to them and all of you.
