Just go up, politely introduce yourself, and start talking. Don't do all the talking. Ask her some questions about herself - not too personal (as in where she lives and stuff) but things like : Do you have any pets?, What do you do for a living?, What kind of hobbies do you like? Etc. Finally Don't forget to ask her out or at least get her number.
I'm more bold than some women I know. I used to just sit and figure - if he really wants to talk to me he'll come and do it. Half the time it wouldn't happen either. Take the chance. The worst she can do is give you the cold shoulder. You'll live. The best thing she could do - well Maybe you'll go a long ways with the relationship. You just never know until you take the first step.
