Well then you would cease to think, and thus not percieve time, as you would be dead.
Your thoughts require the movements of electrical and chemical signals through your brain. Similarly, your body needs blood pumped around it.
If you are to accept this, then yes you could say that you wouldn't experience time, but you wouldn't experience ANYTHING.
Such is the thinking behind the sci-fi idea of
"Chrono-Stasis" for deep space flight.
