I agree. While tehy are both excellent games, while maybe the Splinter cell had a better story overall, Hitman 2 has some extremely creative levels, missions, and events, and had some humerous tones to it. the variety of missions easily trumped Splinter Cell.
(my fave was dressing up as the doctor to get into the hospital and gettig mistaken as a surgeon.)
