As to the first question...
So I'm in the mens room and some guy comes up to me and asks me if I want a blowjob? Depending on my mood I'd either politely decline or not so politely decline.
Second question, no I wouldn't. I'd rather just beat off than have sex with someone I don't know. Hell, I'd rather shoot myself in the foot than have sex with someone I don't know.
Obviously, this has never happened to me before.
