There's like 100 different exercises you can do with 2 dumbbells, by the way how many lbs are they?? I have 2 25 lbs one's I work out with everyday. Just to name a few exercises: Dumbbell power clean, Unilateral squat, Dumbbell bench press, Piston shoulder press, Dumbbell calf jump, One arm row, and Dumbbell biceps curl.
