ummm.... not that i don't wish he wasn't but vanilla ice is rap.
this list is clearly bullshit, but icp deserves every bit of disrespect thrown their way
edit: arrested development is also hip hop, and i don't know what the hell they're doing on this list (they're responsible for the songs "tennessee," "mr. wendel," and "everyday people." their presence is confusing.)
