Just don't plan it!
Don't do it by the book. Respect her, enjoy yourself and let her enjoy herself. Be a good guy about it. She probably thinks you're cute if you mess something up slightly.
Don't worry everybody is inexperienced once. If you approach it right (if you really care for her, take it easy, don't worry) you'll have a good time, and remember it fondly....
