It's A Linux boot disk, and any moron can use it. It's a little tricky to get on a floppy, though... ALSO, since it doesn't decrypt the password you can't change it back.
I have a copy in my toolkit at work, very handy.
I won't link it here, because it can damage the filesystem.
Or your kid can just use Knoppix
