I'd say to go with a two year warranty, as you'll probably end up keeping the computer for that long. If you think you'll have it for more than two years, go with the longer one.
Warranties are always good, as the last thing you want is to shell out cash to replace a part that you could have gotten fixed for free. (Imagine if a harddrive goes bad, that's around a hundred bucks. You just earned back most of the warranty money).
