Personally I have had some light chafing, but nothing that two days or so of abstinence wouldn't clear up. My X managed to masturbate after running thru a field of poison Ivy though. It was really bad, took more than 3 months to heal, and she was on steroids and painkillers for about a month. I knew her at the time but we weren't going out yet, so It just sounded really unpleasant, but I wasn't directly effected.
