Yep. I've done it, and loved it. MFM, FMF and MFMF. I thought it would be uncomfortable, but once it started, it was pretty natural. I will tell you that it is very important to have everyone on the same page, and have boundaries set up. It is not for everyone. Thise who would never do it, more power to them, those who would, have at it, but please be safe.
