Fill Pita pockets or flat bread with
1 ham & cheese
2 grilled chicken, grilled veggies (these can even be pre-cooked)
3 mozzarella, fresh tomatoe & basil, a little extra virgin olive oil
4 grilled marinated lamb (beef)
Fill the pita or flat bread (the combinations are endless)and stick it under the grill...add any number of seasonings & herbs.
