they aren't so sensitive as to know the difference between 32:1 or 60:1
likely you have some setteled out pure oil sucked into the carb.
it's a good idea to shake up premix that has been sitting any time to re-homogenize the mixture.
anyway, if it truly is plugged up with oil it will probably have to come apart. weed eater carbs are dead simple though so give it a try if you like. get a can of carb cleaner and have at it.
or you can put some straight gas in it and try to start it for a few hours, and if it finally does, switch the gas out with the proper mix immediately.
