My wife (girlfriend at the time) gave me head while I was on a support call with the vice president of a large hospital. I had to put the headset on mute when I came.
I worked midnights all by myself supporting HP-UX systems. My wife would pay visits to "brighten" up my evening. She enjoyed testing my composure from time to time.
