Mr. Cedar is the cook (I do the dishes), but he makes wonderful chicken fajitas on his Foreman grill. You can marinate the chicken beforehand in a mixture of lime juice, tequila, and cilantro, and grill it. Serve on flour tortillas with vegetables (also Foreman-grilled, or sauteed if you prefer). Add salsa, sour cream, guacamole, or whatever else you like. They keep well in the fridge and taste pretty good cold, too.
Good thing Mr. C doesn't come on here, 'cause he'd probably divorce me for giving out the secret to his fajita marinade.
