Get your blood flowing as soon as you can when you're done.
I find that if I just jump on the bike or elliptical thingy for 5-10 minutes when I'm done with a hard session, I'm barely even sore the next day.
You need to pump all the crap out of your muscles, basically. Also make sure you're doing well on your vitamin and protein intake.. Being unhealthy is not good when you're trying to get bigger.
