#10 reminds me of the guy who was sued by the family of the crook who broke into his house for shooting the crook 12 times, reloading and then shooting him 12 more times.
the family was suing for excessive force or somesuch nonsense. when the man was questioned about why he shot him 24 times he replied " every time I shot him he moved a little bit."
the lawyer responded that that was probably from the force of the bullet entering his body, to which the man responded "probably, but I wasn't positive."
