Notice how I elongated the word 'stretch'? I'm so clever.

Anyway, always stretch before and after every workout. It also helps if you do it right before bed, and when you wake up. Basically, stretch whenever you can.

None of that bouncing crap either. Hold it for a good 12-15 seconds.
