Hey all.
I have been thinking recently about getting a cell phone, and, though I know services vary from area to area (and country to country, damn me, I'm a Canuck), I figured that actual models of cell phones themselves should be similar throughout North America.
So, instead of going to a Fido booth in the mall or somesuch, and asking for the guy there to sell me something nice, I thought I would ask a group of people who tend to know more about things than the commission-seeking salesperson.
I want a cell phone that is durable, mostly. I also want as good battery life as I can get, and good reception, too. Yeah, I want everything. Except for size. as long as it fits in my pocket, or on a beltclip, I don't much care. I don't need something imported from Japan that's half the size of my thumb, thanks.
I was wondering if anyone had any advice to which models or makes of cell phones would be the best to go after, for reception and battery-life. Something that won't shatter when I drop it'd be nice too, since I can barely stand still without knocking things over. Klutz.
