Well since nobody wants to say it, let me be the first: "Disney."
You've got to admit, they do come up with some of the hottest animated girlies out there. Jasmine. Belle. Jane. My personal favorite would have to be the little mermaid (in human form, of course. I woudln't know what to do with the icky fish tail.)
