Buy an Ab roller (AKA wheel of pain), they come with detailed instructions on how to use them.
Doing leg dips off a bench are good too. Balance yourself on the end of a bench and fully extend your legs, but keep them at least 6 inches off the ground. Then bring them up so that your knees are touching your chest. Repeat 25 times :-)
