An undeniable fact about all scripture is that it was all originally written by human hands.
Had it been carved in granite with the accuracy of the most powerful cutting tools available today, then I'd be impressed (but still not convinced that it was the word of god).
It is also a bit too coincidental that god chose to reveal his words to people of a, relatively, small geographical area, and an area where people were routinely stoned to death for not believing in the 'word of god (tm)'.
