I always thought Mariucci did a lot in San Fran with a team that did not have a tremendous amount of talent (esp on defense). He manages to get a lot out of his players which should bode well for the Lions.

Thanks for the follow-up MSUPete. I had completely blanked on Rogers. He should be great, but don't expect a huge season this yearx Maybe next year he'll be putting up T. Owens type numbers.
