Strengths
1. Highly motivated
2. Team oriented, work well with others and on my own
3. Honest
4. Like doing things right the first time
5. I'm a good speller, good grasp of my native language, heh
Weaknesses
1. Working too hard where some people tend to take advantage of that.
2. My emotions get carried away sometimes if I see someone not doing their fair share.(I've improved on this immensely)
3. Occasionally look too far ahead of everyone else instead of the matter at hand.
