mine doesn't swallow, but she cleans it up and goes to the bathroom or somewhere to spit. Seems silly to have it in your mouth longer than you should.. but thats how she does it. As long as i'm clean and happy its all gravy. We don't do it very often.. keep it as a fun treat.
on a side note: i'll only eat her out when i'm drunk
