Yes, Detroit has upgraded at receiver.
Yes, Detroit has a qb who will be better this year.

Yes, Detroit starts eleven guys on defense that wouldn't make the Raven's NFL Europe affiliate.

Five and Eleven

EDIT: I read this again and it sounded mean. Alot of teams have a chance to go five hundred this year, I'm just not sure the Lion's defensive personnel can keep a young qb/receiver in the game.
