You're fine. Look someplace else for issues.
I've had TBirds running at over 140F with no stability issues. AMD rates them up to 160F, at 180F they're pretty much dead, though I've seen one at 220F that survived.
However, if you don't have good case flow that heated air will cause stability issues with other parts of your system, ie northbridge, ram, etc.
