just make sure you get a decent gfx card and not like a ati mobility M6 thats common shipped with laptops around that price point. as i got in my hp ze5185 ( dont get an HP

the sager ones are cool, thats what alienware 51m is, cept cheaper, but heavy
dells are good
toshibas are really good.
once i finally got my HP working, replaced ram, lots of driver fiddling around its settled down, but the GFX sucks major donkeys and the HD speed is pitiful, so i ordered a 51m instead.
