Easy Stuffed Chicken Breast
The other day at the dentist's office, I read this recipe in a magazine. I made them last night and they were awesome.

Cut pocket in chicken breasts
Put in pocket a good amount of Fontina cheese
Wrap with one or two slices of good Prosciuto (sp)?
Secure with toothpicks.
Cook them in a non-stick skillet, covered on med-med/high on the one side for 10-12 minutes, flip and cook the other side for 3-5 mins. remove from heat and serve.
I can't tell you how good these were. I had never tried Fontina cheese before and now I'm hooked.
