I'll go to a science type answer for this.
My theorey is most of sexual attraction, is based on mating.
Most of the traits guys like in girls is stuff that would make them good canidates for surviving giving birth and then being able to take care of the kids. Most of the stuff girls find attractive in guys are things that are signs the guy would be able to take care of the girl through out her pregnancy.
And breasts...well they're a sign of being mature enough for the girl to be able to have kids. Nice formed breasts are pretty much a beacon saying "COME HAVE SEX WITH ME because im old enough to have kids"
