I think it often comes down to having the right mind set, and unfortunately, it fails if you are "trying" to have good sex - it just sort of happens, because you aren't trying, it just flows (no pun intended.) Both times for me, I was extremely excited and high (the first time I literally was high, very high, and the second time the music was such that I had an emotional high, which can be just as good).
There's nothing like great sex to finish up an already good day.
