For Mr. Cedar (husband), height was a big factor in relationships. He's 5'4" (so am I), and because of this, a lot of women wouldn't date him. He even had women tell him, "You would be so hot if you were about five inches taller." He was not happy when I showed up at our wedding in 2" heels, but I swear I couldn't find flats to go with my dress. He doesn't usually mind if I wear heels when we go out, but he is generally very selfconscious. Personally, I don't mind because when I hug him I can rest my head on his shoulder and hey, when we're lying down, it doesn't matter.
I also like not having to get a neck ache every time we kiss.
I guess it's all about your preferences.
